About The Position

This is a full-time CRNA position at Toledo Clinic. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM. The daily staffing includes 5 CRNAs plus a float, totaling 6 CRNAs per day. This is a CRNA-only model. The cases performed include heavy endoscopy, plastics, blocks, general ASC cases, and ophthalmology.

Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Valid state nursing license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with heavy endoscopy, plastics, blocks, general ASC cases, and ophthalmology.
• Ability to work Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM.
• Willingness to work as part of a team of 6 CRNAs daily (5 CRNAs + 1 float).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a CRNA-only model.
• Chief CRNA experience (for specific role).

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia and related care for all assigned patients.
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and document findings.
• Induce and maintain anesthesia at the required levels.
• Monitor patient's physiological parameters and intervene as necessary.
• Manage and maintain airway and ventilation.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and document findings.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
