About The Position
NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking an Assistant Chief CRNA to support clinical leadership and daily anesthesia operations at Norton Downtown. This role partners with the Chief CRNA and anesthesia leadership to support provider engagement, staffing coordination, quality initiatives, and efficient clinical operations while maintaining an active clinical practice. The case mix is diverse, including general anesthesia, cardiac, and OB, with associated call responsibilities.

- Support the Chief CRNA in leading and mentoring the CRNA team.
- Assist with staffing coordination and daily operational needs.
- Promote clinical quality, patient safety, and provider accountability.
- Foster teamwork, communication, and provider engagement.
- Collaborate with hospital and NorthStar leadership to address operational challenges.
- Support recruitment, candidate site visits, and onboarding.
