About The Position
NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a Chief CRNA to provide clinical leadership and support daily operations at Baptist Health Louisville. This role offers the opportunity to lead and support a collaborative anesthesia team while maintaining clinical practice in a diverse hospital setting. The Case Mix includes General, OB, and 24-hour OR coverage, with opportunities to practice across a diverse surgical environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CRNA interested in a leadership role while remaining clinically engaged.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership, mentorship, and support to the CRNA team.
- Coordinate staffing and daily anesthesia operations.
- Promote quality patient care, clinical excellence, and provider engagement.
- Partner with hospital and anesthesia leadership to improve workflows and resolve operational challenges.
- Collaborate with clinical recruiting on candidate interviews, site visits, and provider onboarding.
