About The Position
The Great Falls Clinic is seeking a BC/BE Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their collaborative anesthesia practice where CRNAs have full practice authority. This is an independent CRNA practice that supports Orthopedics including spine, general surgery, robotics, endoscopy, urology, plastics, ENT, and gynecologic surgery. The practice does not include hearts or OB. There is an active regional post-op pain management program and ERAS. The call schedule is 1:9 with occasional post-call day off, and call backs are rare. The Acute Care Hospital has 36 inpatient beds, a 10-bed Open ICU, and a busy 8-bed ED with highly experienced staff. The practice includes 5 ORs, a 4 OR Surgery Center, 1 Endoscopy Suite, and 2 Cath Labs on one medical campus.
Requirements
- BC/BE Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Experience preferred to include block skills
- Full practice authority
Responsibilities
- Independent CRNA practice
- Provide anesthesia services for Orthopedics including spine, general surgery, robotics, endoscopy, urology, plastics, ENT, and gynecologic surgery.
- Participate in regional post-op pain management program and ERAS.
- Provide coverage for the Acute Care Hospital, including inpatient beds, ICU, and ED.
- Participate in a 1:9 call schedule.
