About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at the Specialty Alliance Ambulatory Surgery Center in Waco, TX. This role involves providing superior anesthesia care in a collaborative environment with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. The position offers a flexible, independent practice model with a high degree of autonomy, and no call, night, weekend, or holiday duties. The CRNA will be responsible for providing anesthesia care for outpatient procedures, conducting pre-anesthesia evaluations, managing airway and anesthesia administration, monitoring patients during procedures and recovery, and collaborating with the healthcare team while maintaining compliance with clinical and safety standards.
Requirements
- CRNA Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
