About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center anesthesia team in San Antonio, TX. This is a per diem opportunity within a large, advanced private practice group. You will work collaboratively with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff, providing superior care in an independent CRNA practice model that offers a high degree of autonomy. We offer both 1099 and W-2 per diem options.
Requirements
- CRNA
- Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
