About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join their anesthesia team at an Ambulatory Surgery Center in Lubbock, TX. This is a per diem opportunity within a large, advanced private practice group, focused on providing superior care in collaboration with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. The role offers a high degree of autonomy within an independent CRNA practice model, with flexible scheduling options and both 1099 and W-2 per diem arrangements available. The position emphasizes a physician-led organization that supports clinical excellence, growth, and exceptional patient care through a Management Services Organization (MSO) model, reducing administrative burden for physicians to focus on patients.

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
