About The Position
The Specialty Alliance is seeking a dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center anesthesia team. This role involves providing anesthesia care for outpatient procedures in collaboration with CRNAs, Physicians, and ASC staff. We offer an independent CRNA practice model with a high degree of autonomy, flexible scheduling, and options for both 1099 and W-2 per diem employment. The Specialty Alliance is a physician-led Management Services Organization (MSO) that supports leading specialty practices with national-scale infrastructure, data, and resources. Our partnership model preserves clinical autonomy while enabling responsible growth and high-quality specialty care nationwide.
Requirements

- Eligible state license
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care for outpatient procedures
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and patient assessments
- Manage airway and anesthesia administration
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Maintain compliance with clinical and safety standards
