About The Position
We are seeking a service-oriented CRNA to help build a cohesive and collaborative team at Christus Santa Rosa New Braunfels in New Braunfels, TX. This is a long-term, stable 1099 opportunity with high compensation and bonus opportunities. The role involves working in a team model with 1 Anesthesiologist and 4 CRNAs daily, covering a case mix of General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Urology, GYN, Plastic Surgery, Neuro, Radiology, and ENT. Notably, there is no OB or CV coverage required for this position.

Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care within a team model.
- Cover cases including General Surgery, Orthopedics, GI, Urology, GYN, Plastic Surgery, Neuro, Radiology, and ENT.
- Work 46 weeks of coverage with 6 weeks off.
- Provide coverage for extra hours beyond the grid at $200/hour.
