About The Position

This is an outpatient Neurologist position at a multi-subspecialty clinic in Cape Coral, Florida. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a one-hour lunch and no nights, weekends, or call. The patient load ramps from 12–15 patients per day to 20 per day over the first six months as the physician’s panel builds. The clinic has on-site EEG, EMG, and Cath lab capabilities, allowing diagnostics and procedures to be performed in-house. General neurology is welcome; neurophysiology fellowship training is preferred for EMG/EEG reads but is not required. The physician may optionally focus on memory and dementia care, with 15–20 referrals per day already available, and may choose clinic days at a second location for additional compensation. The compensation package includes a base salary of $300,000 or more and RVU performance bonuses of up to $100,000 or more. A sign-on bonus is negotiable, and $10,000 in relocation assistance is offered. Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in neurology; Board-Eligible physicians must become certified within one year of hire.
Florida medical license, or willingness to obtain one.

Nice To Haves

Neurophysiology fellowship or training, particularly for EMG/EEG reads.
Interest in a memory and dementia focus; referrals are available.

Responsibilities
