About The Position

Outpatient neurology position in Knoxville, Tennessee, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., a one-hour lunch, and no nights, weekends, or call. Physicians ramp from 12–15 patients per day to 20 per day over their first six months as their patient panel grows. AI scribes and a full back-office team support documentation and patient messages so physicians can focus on patient care and leave with notes completed. The multi-subspecialty outpatient clinic has on-site EEG, EMG, and Cath lab capabilities. A new in-house imaging center with MRI and CT is coming online at the West Knoxville location. General neurology is welcome; neurophysiology fellowship training is preferred for EMG/EEG reads but is not required. Physicians may choose a memory/dementia focus, with 15–20 referrals per day already waiting, and may optionally work clinic days at a second location for additional compensation. Compensation includes a base salary of $300,000 or more and up to $100,000 in RVU performance bonuses. A sign-on bonus is negotiable, and $10,000 in relocation assistance is offered. The position includes a partnership track at year three, based on clinical performance and culture fit. New graduates and board-eligible physicians are welcome; board-eligible physicians must become board certified within one year of hire. H-1B visa sponsorship is available.
