About The Position
Somnia Anesthesia is seeking CRNAs to join their growing all-CRNA team at MyMichigan Medical Center - Tawas in Michigan. This is a full-scope CRNA-only model with a per diem rate of $180/hour. The facility has 4 ORs, 1 C-Section OR, and 1 MPR, with approximately 2,500 cases per year. The case types include general, orthopedic, ENT (including peds), ophthalmology, endoscopy, OB/GYN, and plastics, excluding heads and hearts. Call is 1:2, with the facility running a two-week on, two-week off schedule. The typical day is from 7 am to 3 pm. This is a surgeon-supervised, CRNA-only facility where CRNAs can practice independently. The hospital has 50 beds and is located in rural northeast Michigan in Tawas City. Approximately 200 deliveries occur per year.
Requirements
- Active MI license
- Board certification required
- ACLS
- PALS
- BLS
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services in a CRNA-only model.
- Participate in a call schedule of 1:2, with a two-week on, two-week off rotation.
- Manage cases including general, orthopedic, ENT (including peds), ophthalmology, endoscopy, OB/GYN, and plastics.
- Practice independently under surgeon supervision.
