About The Position
Somnia Anesthesia, a clinician-led and physician-owned anesthesia group, is seeking CRNAs to join our growing team at Lehigh Valley Hospital Hazleton in Hazleton, PA. This position is part of an ACT (Anesthesia Care Team) model and offers a per diem rate of $210/hour. The practice environment at Lehigh Valley Hazleton Hospital includes 4 ORs, with 2 ORs operating from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and 2 ORs from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. The hospital performs approximately 2,600 cases annually, focusing on general, ortho, and urology procedures, with no cases involving hearts, heads, trauma, neuro, or peds. There are also approximately 500 OB deliveries annually. The practice utilizes an EMR system (EPIC).
Requirements
- Active PA license
- Board certification
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- BLS certification
Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia in a care team model.
- Manage patient care during surgical procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical and medical teams.
