About The Position
The Staff Pad is partnering with a leading Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) company to recruit a dependable CRNA in Cincinnati, OH. The organization specializes in dental restorative and exodontia surgery for pediatric and special needs patients under general anesthesia.
Requirements
- Licensed CRNA with appropriate state licensure
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Current BLS certification ; AHA or equivalent
- PALS certification (within 6 months of hire)
Nice To Haves
- National Board certification strongly preferred
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary surgical environment
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care for pediatric patients
- Partner with Dentists, Anesthesiologists, RNs, RDAs, and other surgical team members
- Treat approximately seven pediatric patients during a typical OR day
- Work effectively in a fast-paced ASC environment
- Collaborate across anesthesia staffing models, including Anesthesia Care Team and independent practice models
