About The Position

monday.com is seeking an experienced sales manager specializing in CRM sales to lead a team focused on driving the success of monday.com's CRM product. This role is pivotal in building, growing, and developing a top-tier CRM sales team by providing expert-level industry and sales knowledge, coaching, training, and focusing on process improvement. The ideal candidate should value transparency and diversity, be driven, curious, and passionate about collaborating with, developing, and helping others. They should excel in building new teams and coaching experienced Account Executives on selling a CRM product suite. This position is a significant part of a large-scale build-out for monday.com's fastest-growing product line.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in B2B SaaS sales management
  • 3+ years of experience selling a CRM SaaS solution
  • Full Direct (New Business) sales cycle management & Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute
  • Ability to continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively position against competitors
  • Demonstrate a strong adherence to process, with a passion for process improvement
  • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with the ability to establish credibility with executives
  • Experience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussions
  • Ability to build strong personal relationships, internally and externally
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Track record of success being a self-starter, results-oriented, adaptable, and inquisitive

  • Partnership experience is a plus
  • BA and/or MBA preferred; or equivalent relevant work experience
