About The Position

The Opportunity: A business Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our sales capabilities. This role will work from within the Sales business to define the product roadmap and business requirements for a set of key sales capabilities, and will partner heavily with IT bring these capabilities to life. Successful candidates will have deep expertise in either Microsoft Dynamics or Gainsight, as well as experience defining capability roadmaps and business requirements for Go-To-Market functions. Expected Pay Range: Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $106,100 -- $220,650 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. In California, the pay range for this position is $152,400 - $220,650 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Product Owner within a Go-To-Market Business function at a SaaS company
  • Deep expertise with either Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Gainsight is required
  • Broad and practical knowledge of business architecture frameworks, methodologies, and tools, including capability mapping, value streams, operating models, and process documentation standards.
  • Proven ability to infuse AI and automation into capability build, bringing to bear new technologies to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, influence collaborators, and foster alignment at all levels of the enterprise.
