The CRM Marketing Technologist is an individual contributor who owns complex lifecycle and CRM initiatives from strategy through execution — leading technical discovery, designing scalable solutions, and building high-quality programs across email, push, SMS, and in-app. This role sits at the intersection of lifecycle strategy, product marketing, and CRM technology, acting as both a strategic partner and hands-on expert within a remote, cross-functional team. You will work closely with Lifecycle Strategy, Product Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and Engineering to define the approach, build the infrastructure, and continuously raise the quality and efficiency of Babylist’s CRM programs.
