About The Position

Since 1995, Go Rentals has gone to heroic lengths to deliver an extraordinary, personalized experience for every Guest. We are now building the marketing engine behind that experience, and we are looking for someone to architect it. Go Rentals is a family-owned, nationwide leader in luxury vehicle rentals, and the only Official Elite Rental Car Company recognized by Forbes Travel Guide. We serve discerning business and leisure travelers at more than 100 airports, private aviation terminals, and world-class hotels and resorts. As CRM Marketing Manager, you will design and build our full lifecycle marketing infrastructure from the ground up, across email, SMS, segmentation, journeys, and triggers. This is not a role where you inherit a finished system. It is an opportunity to build one that feels as premium as the brand it represents.

Requirements

  • Four or more years in CRM management, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing automation at a national brand
  • Four or more years building CRM strategies for premium, high-touch service within a luxury, hospitality, travel, or lifestyle brand
  • Two or more years in CRM integration, data infrastructure, or marketing analytics
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot CRM and marketing automation, including workflows, segmentation, and campaign management
  • A data-oriented mindset with command of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle strategy
  • An understanding of how high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth Guests think, behave, and expect to be served
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Six or more years in CRM and lifecycle marketing
  • Five or more years building full lifecycle programs for a national luxury brand
  • Experience designing transactional, triggered, and behavioral programs across email and SMS
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage end-to-end CRM, email, and SMS marketing programs
  • Build foundational CRM infrastructure from the ground up, including segmentation frameworks, customer journeys, and lifecycle triggers
  • Create lifecycle communications across email and SMS, including transactional, triggered, behavioral, and dynamic messaging
  • Develop campaigns that support branding, partnerships, events, and performance marketing
  • Optimize performance continuously through A/B testing, analytics, and conversion tracking
  • Partner with creative, partnerships, product, data, and operations teams to align CRM with broader marketing goals
  • Build reporting frameworks that grow retention, repeat bookings, and Guest lifetime value
