Mission Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear. In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives. Role purpose: Adapt and scale the Neko CRM programme to the US market. Own localisation of journeys, regulatory compliance (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, CCPA/CPRA), and US-specific workflows. Drive parity with EU performance while meeting regional requirements. First 6–12-month outcomes: Successfully adapt and launch core EU journeys for the US market with documented localisation changes Achieve parity or better performance vs EU benchmarks (activation, rebooking) within a reasonable timeline Build and maintain US-specific comms library (insurance receipts, regulatory notices, state-specific messaging) with zero compliance violations Establish regular US vs EU performance comparison and feed learnings back to EU team Lead CCPA/CPRA consent management and preference centre strategy for US customers
