About The Position

Eide Bailly is hiring a CRM Consulting Intern for a January–April 2027 internship. Interns work on the CRM consulting team and gain hands-on experience with client projects across a variety of industries, with guidance from experienced professionals. The role may involve Salesforce, Microsoft, or integration implementation engagements, including projects that involve writing code or development. Interns help outline implementation objectives, issues, findings, and recommendations; document technical solutions; collaborate with teammates to solve complex problems; communicate with internal and external stakeholders; and use user stories to test custom-built functionality. The position offers exposure to data integration tools and technologies and a broad range of challenges and solutions. The internship is paid at $25.00 per hour, is eligible for overtime, and includes eligibility for health insurance and 401(k) Profit Sharing.

Requirements

Working toward a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
Must be authorized to work in the United States now or in the future without visa sponsorship.
Ability to work independently and proactively, identify issues, raise them to management, and offer potential solutions.
Ability to communicate timely and effectively with clients, project managers, team leads, and coworkers.
Ability to collaborate across departments and teams.
Initiative to investigate the reasons behind results and desire to grow responsibility and become a domain expert.
Flexibility to handle rapidly changing project priorities and timelines.
Desire to learn how to assess client implementation needs, craft solutions spanning subject matter domains, and implement plans to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities

Assist with Salesforce, Microsoft, or integration implementation engagements, which may include writing code or development.
Participate in outlining implementation objectives, issues, findings, and recommendations in varied client situations.
Document technical solutions.

Communicate internally and externally to ensure all parties are operating in unison.
