About The Position

BluePearl Pet Hospital is coming to Austin, TX in November 2026 and is seeking a full-time Critical Care Veterinarian to join their new multi-disciplinary specialty and emergency hospital. This state-of-the-art facility will allow you to build your Emergency service and have a significant impact on patients, associates, and clients. The new hospital will feature advanced equipment and planned specialty services including emergency, internal medicine, critical care, and surgery. Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or Veterinary Medical Doctor (VMD) degree.
• Residency trained in Critical Care.
• Holding a valid state veterinary license.
• Unwavering commitment to emergency care.
• Self-directed, committed ongoing learner.
• Driven to continuously improve and stay up to date with industry developments.
• Dedicated to upholding the highest standards of quality.
• Top-notch decision-making skills.
• Outstanding analytical capacity, attention to detail, and follow through.
• Ability to multitask and skillfully prioritize in a high volume environment.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Google Apps for Work.
• Experience with Cornerstone Practice Management software.
