About The Position

This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated advanced practice provider to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established team of 8 APPs to provide night coverage. The practice setting is inpatient supported by 2 physicians each shift. Access to practice within a premier medical center featuring a Level 1 Trauma Center, Comprehensive Stroke Center, Burn Center, and advanced critical care resources. The role involves enhancing critical patient access by providing rapid, lifesaving emergency care in life-threatening situations, executing advanced bedside procedures efficiently for Cardiovascular, Neurologic or Trauma Intensive Care Units. The provider will perform necessary invasive procedures with precision, including central line placement, intubation, and lumbar punctures.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP/AGACNP) or Physician Assistant.
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration.
• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Nurse Practitioner specializing in Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Master's degree of Nursing required.
