About The Position

Western Tidewater Community Service Board (WTCSB) is seeking an Overnight DSP Shift Lead to join their team. WTCSB's mission is to provide a coordinated system of quality recovery-oriented care in Mental Health, Intellectual Disability, and Substance Abuse Services to the citizens of the cities of Franklin and Suffolk and the counties of Isle of Wight and Southampton. Requirements

High School diploma or GED Certificate
Possession of a valid Driver’s License with an acceptable DMV record
One year of direct care service in an Developmentally Disabled/Mental Health setting

Responsibilities

Assisting with the implementation of consumer treatment plans
Care, monitoring, evaluation and maintenance of a safe environment for individuals identified with one or more of the following: Developmental Disabilities (Adult or Child), Serious Emotional Disturbance (SED) (Children /Adolescents), Serious Mental Illness and/or Substance Abuse (SMI/SA).
