About The Position

Comprehensive Healthcare is hiring a Crisis Case Manager for its Field Response Team in Yakima County, Washington. The role provides supportive counseling, guidance, and service coordination, responding alongside another trained mental health care provider to requests from first responders and calls received through 911 or 988. The Case Manager may be dispatched into the community to assist people experiencing behavioral health crises, with or without other emergency responders, and may follow up with people previously seen for a crisis evaluation to help them navigate systems and referrals.
