About The Position

Crew members at Taco Bell provide fast, fun, and friendly service to customers while preparing products and supporting restaurant operations. Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must have dependable and reliable transportation.
• Excellent communication, management/leadership, and organizational skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs. from one area to another.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math skills.
• Complete required training certification.
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders, process sales and payments, and manage customer issues.
• Prepare products and maintain product quality.
• Monitor service equipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with Labor Board and OSHA regulations and company standards.
• Unload and stock supplies and maintain required inventory levels.
• Champion recognition and motivation efforts.
• Operate the cash register as needed and make change for other cashiers.
