About The Position

As a General Crew Member at Nibble Nation, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and notable experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include assisting guests, performing general kitchen duties, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our stores. This is a part-time position with a pay range of $10 to $13 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a fast-paced food service or customer service environment is preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with guests and team members
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Basic math skills for cash handling and register operations
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds, bend, walk, and stand for extended periods
• Must be at least 16 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests with their orders, providing exceptional customer service at all times
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with established recipes and quality standards
• Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation and serving areas, including equipment and utensils
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized inventory of food, beverages, and supplies
• Follow all safety and health guidelines, including proper food handling and storage procedures
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and register reconciliation
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations during peak hours
• Uphold company policies and standards, including dress code and behavior expectations
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in food service and customer care
