About The Position

Traditions Hospitality Group is hiring a Front of House Crew Member for Kitchen 44 Cafe in Newcastle, Oklahoma. The role focuses on providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Crew members greet and assist guests, process orders and payments, support food preparation and takeout packaging, maintain the dining area, and coordinate with kitchen staff. The position is part-time, with a listed pay range of $13.00–$15.00 per hour and any shift. The schedule must accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
Accurately and efficiently take orders using the POS system.
Handle cash transactions and ensure payment accuracy.
Assist with food preparation, including assembling orders and packaging takeout items.
Keep the dining area clean and organized by wiping tables, sweeping floors, and restocking supplies.
Communicate with kitchen staff to support timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Work collaboratively with team members to support a positive work environment.
