Crew Member (Morning Availability Needed)
About The Position
Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates who can gain work experience across multiple departments while developing workforce skills such as customer service, safety management, and effective communication. Crew Members may be considered for roles as a Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, or Front Desk Membership Sales associate. An application is required, but previous work experience is not necessary. The role involves working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide a friendly, memorable customer experience and maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment. Compensation starts at $10.00 per hour, with a full pay range up to $11.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
- Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, which may include normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
- Able to lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds.
- Able to frequently communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role in entertainment, retail, service, fitness, or a similar industry is ideal but not required.
- Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
