About The Position
Goodcents is hiring Crew Members at its location at 796 E Main St. in Gardner, Kansas. Crew Members welcome guests, help them feel at home, prepare their meals, and deliver the Goodcents Experience. The position offers industry-leading training online and in the restaurant. No previous experience or education is required; on-the-job training is provided.
Requirements
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to stand, bend, perform repetitive wrist twisting, and walk for the duration of an entire shift.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds infrequently.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and help them feel at home.
- Prepare guest meals and deliver the Goodcents Experience.
- Provide top-quality customer service.
- Bake bread, operate a slicer, and prepare sandwiches.
- Operate a register.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Sort and maintain inventory.
