About The Position

As a Center Store Manager, you’ll be a hands-on leader responsible for driving operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll train, guide, and empower team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll also be accountable for accurate inventory counts, compliance audits, invoice management, and regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, you’ll oversee center store activities, help ensure daily tasks and safety processes are completed, and manage inventory and daily bookwork. You’ll address guest concerns related to team member service, keep the Store Manager informed, and serve on the store leadership team, stepping in to lead when other leaders are unavailable. You’ll also perform Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead with accountability and empowerment, influencing operational activities within the center of the store.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Oversee center store activities under the Store Manager’s supervision, including completion of daily task lists, store walks, safety processes, and prompt entry of service and maintenance tickets.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.
Conduct inventory counts and compliance audits, manage invoices, and perform regular vendor check-ins to support financial integrity, vendor partnerships, and product availability.
