About The Position

The Center Store Manager is a hands-on leader responsible for operational excellence and team engagement within the center store. Working with the Store Manager, this role trains, guides, and empowers team members to provide an exceptional guest experience. The position also manages inventory accuracy, audits and compliance, invoices and financial integrity, and regular vendor check-ins to support partnerships and product availability. Under the Store Manager’s supervision, the Center Store Manager oversees center store activities, completes daily bookwork and inventory tasks, supports safety and service processes, and helps resolve guest concerns. As part of the store leadership team, this role leads when other leaders are unavailable and performs Store Team Member duties as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead and influence operational activities within the center of the store with accountability and empowerment.
Partner with the Store Manager to train, coach, and engage team members.
Under the Store Manager’s supervision, oversee center store activities and ensure daily task lists are completed.
Ensure daily store walks and safety processes are followed.
Enter service and maintenance tickets promptly.
Manage inventory and complete daily bookwork with oversight from the Store Manager.
Anticipate and resolve guest concerns related to team member service, keeping the Store Manager informed.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance and manage invoices to maintain financial integrity.
Perform regular vendor check-ins to strengthen partnerships and ensure product availability.
Serve as part of the store leadership team and step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable.
Perform Store Team Member duties as needed.
