About The Position

The Crew Member plays a key role in delivering excellent guest service and preparing high-quality food. The position may involve front-of-house duties, back-of-house duties, or both, depending on business needs. Crew Members provide friendly, efficient, and accurate service, prepare food to company standards, maintain food safety and cleanliness, operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems, and assist with restocking, prep work, and cleaning. They work collaboratively with the team and adapt to different responsibilities during shifts.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, and kneel frequently, and perform repetitive hand and wrist movements, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
