About The Position

Jersey Mike’s is seeking crew members to prepare and serve subs while supporting the company’s standards for food quality, cleanliness, customer service, and teamwork. The role takes place in a fast-paced, team-driven restaurant environment and requires multitasking, urgency, reliability, and a commitment to company goals. Crew members are expected to create a welcoming customer experience and contribute to a culture of community, growth, and development.

Guaranteed hourly pay, including tips, is listed as $16.00–$17.00 for candidates with food experience, $15.00 for candidates with open availability and no food experience, and $14.50 for candidates with limited hours and no food experience. Part-time and full-time shifts are available, including daytime, evening, and lunchtime shifts. Restaurant hours are Monday through Sunday, 10 a.m.–9 p.m.
