About The Position

As a Crew Member, you deliver the MOD Pizza experience to guests by preparing and presenting pizzas, salads, and other menu items. You help provide super-fast service and create a memorable, welcoming experience in a clean and organized restaurant. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, consistent food quality and safety, and contributing to a positive experience for guests and fellow Crew Members.

Compensation is listed as $14.06 per hour, combining an hourly wage of $11.25 and average tips of $2.81 per hour earned at this location. No prior experience is required. Applicants must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the United States. A food safety and/or alcohol beverage certification must be obtained within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law.

Requirements

• No prior experience is required.
• Passion for people and enjoyment of connecting with fellow Crew Members and guests.
• Ability to follow processes and instructions consistently.
• History of consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Interest in learning, growing, and contributing to MOD and teammates' success.
• At least 16 years old; some states restrict use of specific tools and appliances until age 18, so requirements may vary by location.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of the start date, or sooner where required by law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas, salads, and other menu offerings according to MOD standards.
• Prepare, cook, and package guest orders with timely, quality, and consistent execution.
• Follow food safety preparation and storage standards and procedures.
• Use provided tools to keep the store clean, organized, welcoming, and ready to serve guests.
• Arrive on time, follow the MOD dress code, and be ready to provide a positive experience to guests, vendors, and fellow Crew Members.
• Demonstrate friendly, accurate, and fast hospitality on every shift.
• Follow instructions and welcome coaching and direction from restaurant leaders.
• Share knowledge with others to support the team, restaurant, and fellow Crew Members.
• Welcome and engage guests in conversation and get to know them.
• Maintain a service mindset and uphold quality standards during busy shifts.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive experience for Crew Members and guests.
