About The Position

Panchero's Mexican Grill is hiring friendly and enthusiastic Crew Members to help create food and provide a positive customer experience. The role offers an opportunity to learn real cooking skills, receive on-the-job training, and develop skills for potential advancement within the company. Crew Members prepare food, build burritos, serve customers, handle cash, and help maintain kitchen and restaurant sanitation. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• No educational requirements.

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Able to stand and move for long periods.
• Able to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, and move items.
