About The Position

Specific duties include greeting guests, taking orders promptly, accurately processing payments using a point-of-sale system, handling money and credit/debit transactions while adhering to cash handling and loss prevention procedures. Crew members are expected to be knowledgeable about the menu and products, making recommendations to guests and addressing potential food allergens. The role requires creating and delivering first-class experiences for travelers, whether in national brands or local concepts.

Requirements

  • Ability to warmly greet, acknowledge, and take guests drink and food order within 30 seconds of them entering the concept.
  • Ability to accurately total, process and collect payments from guests using the point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to handle money, process credit and debit cards, and make change while complying with company's Cash Handling and Loss Prevention Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant's menu and products.
  • Ability to make recommendations to guests to fit their needs, especially when questioned about potential food allergens.
