About The Position
Goodcents is now hiring Crew Members for day shifts at our Johnson Drive location. This role offers a clean, busy, energetic, and rewarding work environment with no late nights. We provide industry-leading training, flexible schedules, and the opportunity to contribute to the community through our "Doing Gooder" program. Crew members are responsible for welcoming guests, crafting meals, and delivering "The Goodcents Experience."
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to perform duties including standing, bending, repetitive twisting at the wrist, walking for the duration of an entire shift, lifting 10 pounds frequently and up to 40 pounds infrequently.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and make them feel at home
- Craft meals
- Deliver "The Goodcents Experience"
- Provide top-quality customer service
- Bake bread, run a slicer, and dress sandwiches
- Run a register
- Maintain the highest level of cleanliness
- Sort and maintain inventory
