About The Position

Cascade KB LLC, a local independently owned, and operated franchise of Killer Burger, is seeking Crew Members. Killer Burger is an oasis from the world, a food sanctuary that is dedicated to serving big, juicy, over-the-top hand-built burgers, each one topped with bacon and paired with a side of crispy fries. We don't just love burgers, we commit to the burger, and simply want to create the best burgers imaginable. Our team members are encouraged to have FUN and “rock” out with music pumping through the restaurant from open to close each day. Position requires walking, POS work, cooking, cleaning, lifting & phone calls.
You will be required to lift up to 45 pounds frequently.

Responsibilities

Learning how to make a perfect Killer Burger, perfect every time.
Ensuring every customer has a great time.
Upholding Competency, Chemistry, and Character.
Learning the Killer Burger Way for all crew workstations & shifts in the restaurant: Prep, Grill, Build, Expo, Front of House, & Register stations; Opening & Closing shifts.
Meeting or exceeding performance standards for each position.
Making all customers feel they are your #1 priority.
Preparing recipes according to company procedures.
Cooking food on the grill line to order.
Working as a cashier: handling cash, using a Point of Sale System.
Cleaning: floors, surfaces, bathrooms, coolers, employee areas, etc.
Making eye contact & greeting guests in a clear, gracious way.
Ensuring guests know what we offer and what they want.
Asking guests if they are happy with their order and thanking them when they leave.
Knowing what we sell, how we make it, the substitutions available & our prices.
Being on time, leaving troubles at the door, and working hard with a smile.
Showing a sense of urgency: moving quickly & with purpose.
Communicating with the crew in a respectful, upbeat, considerate manner.
Working safe; verbalizing to co-workers what you're doing & where you're going.
