The Crew Member plays a key role in delivering exceptional guest service and preparing high-quality food and beverages. This position may work in front-of-house, back-of-house, or across both areas depending on business needs.

Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Stand and walk for extended periods
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Bend, reach, stoop, and kneel frequently
Perform repetitive motions (including hand and wrist movements)
Work in a fast-paced food and beverage environment

Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, energetic, and efficient service to guests in person and over the phone
Prepare smoothies, juices, bowls, and other menu items according to company recipes and standards
Maintain high standards of food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness at all times
Operate blenders, juicers, and point-of-sale systems as trained
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
Assist with prepping fresh ingredients, restocking supplies, and cleaning tasks
Adapt to varying responsibilities during shifts based on business needs
