We are seeking a friendly and efficient Fast Food Attendant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing food, operating POS systems, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Requirements

Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail.
Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to communicate clearly with team members and customers.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
Operate Micros POS system efficiently for order processing, cashiering, and transaction handling.
Manage customer orders with professionalism and accuracy, upselling menu items when appropriate.
Handle cash transactions accurately and provide correct change to customers.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety standards.
Assist in food handling and storage procedures to ensure proper sanitation and safety protocols are followed.
Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, answering questions about menu items, and addressing customer needs promptly.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery.
Support team members in various restaurant operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow.
