About The Position
Crew Members deliver friendly guest experiences by preparing products to operational and quality standards and serving them enthusiastically in a clean, fast-paced environment. They work as part of a team to meet guests’ needs and encourage them to return. The restaurant is independently owned and operated by a Dunkin' franchisee. If hired, the franchisee—not Dunkin' Brands, Inc. or its affiliates—will be the employee's employer and will determine wages and benefits. The position is located at 17J12 (VH) - Lee Highway in Centerville, Virginia. The listed salary range is $14.50–$16.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Basic computer skills.
- Able to count money and make change.
- Able to operate restaurant equipment; minimum age requirements may apply.
- Work well with others respectfully and communicate with team members.
- Able to learn and execute multiple tasks and respond positively to coaching and feedback.
- Follow Brand standards, recipes, systems, and safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Demonstrate guest focus, urgency, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Set and maintain high standards, consistently meet or exceed goals, and contribute to team performance.
- Identify and resolve issues, use available information to make decisions, and involve others when necessary.

- Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
- Handle POS transactions and payments accurately.
- Work respectfully and effectively with team members, communicate with them, and contribute to overall team performance.
