About The Position
The Dunkin’ Team Member helps keep the store running by preparing drinks and food, serving customers, and supporting the team in a fast-paced environment. The position requires flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical requirements include lifting up to 40 pounds and standing for extended periods. This position is with a franchisee of Dunkin’ Donuts, not Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. or its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be the employee’s employer and is responsible for setting wages and benefit programs, which may vary among franchisees.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age, or older as required by applicable law.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities

- Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked.
- Work with the team to keep operations running smoothly during busy shifts.
