About The Position
The Dunkin’ Team Member helps keep the store running by preparing drinks and food, serving customers, and supporting the team. This role offers a fast-paced environment and flexible scheduling. The position requires flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; lifting up to 40 lbs.; and standing for extended periods. This job is with a Dunkin’ franchisee, not Dunkin’ Brands, Inc., Dunkin’ Donuts, or their affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be the employee’s employer and is responsible for setting wages and benefit programs, which may vary among franchisees.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age, or older as required by applicable law.
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and team mindset.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items quickly and accurately.

- Operate the register and handle transactions.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and stocked.
- Work with the team to keep operations running smoothly during busy shifts.
