Crew Leader - Maintenance
About The Position
Juniper is seeking Crew Leaders for its Landscape Maintenance teams. Crew Leaders perform work at job sites and lead other crew members safely and to quality standards to maintain attractive landscapes for clients. They may oversee mowing crews, landscape pruning and detail crews, or a combination of these operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily job-site operations for mowing and/or pruning crews.
- Maintain production schedules and ensure landscape maintenance service expectations are met.
- Assist with training and developing crew members.
- Record crew members’ work hours at job sites each day.
- Ensure crew members perform their work safely.
- Ensure equipment is in working order and properly maintained.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
