Crew Leader - Maintenance
About The Position
Juniper is seeking Crew Leaders for its Landscape Maintenance teams in the Vero Beach–Fort Pierce, Florida area. Crew Leaders work on job sites and lead crew members to complete landscape maintenance safely and to a high standard. Depending on the team, the role may oversee mowing crews, landscape pruning and detail crews, or a combination of these operations. Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company serving the Southeast, with more than 30 locations and over 2,000 team members. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily job-site operations for mowing and/or pruning crews.
- Maintain production schedules and ensure maintenance service expectations are met.
- Assist with training and developing crew members.
- Record crew members’ work hours at job sites each day.
- Ensure crew members perform their work safely.
- Ensure equipment is in working order and properly maintained.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
