Juniper is seeking Crew Leaders for its Landscape Maintenance teams in Fort Pierce, Florida. Crew Leaders perform landscape maintenance work on jobsites while leading crew members safely and to quality standards. Depending on the team, they may oversee mowing crews, landscape pruning and detail crews, or a combination of these operations. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations for mowing and/or pruning crews.
- Maintain production schedules and ensure maintenance service expectations are met.
- Assist with training and development of crew members.
- Record crew members’ work hours at jobsites each day.
- Ensure crew members perform their work safely.
- Ensure equipment is in working order and properly maintained.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape duties.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
