Requirements

  • At least 1 year of prior experience in attic and crawl space restoration, rodent proofing, and insulation installation.
  • At least 5 years of experience in other skilled trades such as plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work with a strong track record of successful project management.
  • At least 2 years of proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor crew members (small size team, 3-4 crews).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record within the last 7 years.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews, including attending morning meetings, ensuring equipment and materials are available, and assigning tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
  • Train and mentor crew on proper installation techniques and safe material handling protocols.
  • Manage all assets necessary for daily projects: personnel, material, tools, and equipment.
  • Communicate job progress, material requirements, and issues encountered at the site.
  • Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Resolve minor conflicts/disputes among crew members professionally.
  • Oversee loading/unloading of materials and equipment, ensuring proper handling to job sites.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during job execution.
  • Manage project paperwork to account for accurate material usage and labor allocation.
  • Get job completion paperwork signed and verify payment amount to collect.
  • Complete end-of-day paperwork.
