Requirements

At least 1 year of prior experience in attic and crawl space restoration, rodent proofing, and insulation installation.
At least 5 years of experience in other skilled trades such as plumbing, carpentry, or electrical work with a strong track record of successful project management.
At least 2 years of proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor crew members (small size team, 3-4 crews).
Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with customers.
A valid driver's license with a good driving record within the last 7 years.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews, including attending morning meetings, ensuring equipment and materials are available, and assigning tasks.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations on job sites.
Train and mentor crew on proper installation techniques and safe material handling protocols.
Manage all assets necessary for daily projects: personnel, material, tools, and equipment.
Communicate job progress, material requirements, and issues encountered at the site.
Ensure work meets company standards and client expectations.
Resolve minor conflicts/disputes among crew members professionally.
Oversee loading/unloading of materials and equipment, ensuring proper handling to job sites.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients during job execution.
Manage project paperwork to account for accurate material usage and labor allocation.
Get job completion paperwork signed and verify payment amount to collect.
Complete end-of-day paperwork.
