Requirements

• Age Requirement: 16+ for Crew Members
• Age Requirement: 18+ for Shift Leaders
• Ability to strive to deliver a high-quality guest experience.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Ability to maintain a clean, safe, and stocked workspace.
• Ability to direct operations and monitor staff (Shift Leaders).
• Ability to oversee cash handling and complete reports (Shift Leaders).

Nice To Haves

• Experience in food preparation and customer service.
• Leadership experience (for Shift Leaders).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, bake, and serve world-famous pretzels and cinnamon rolls.
• Greet guests and take orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and stocked workspace.
• Handle transactions and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
• Direct the operation in the absence of the GM/Assistant Manager to achieve the highest standards of food quality and service.
• Monitor employee breaks, overtime, and daily scheduling.
• Assist with training new team members and encouraging a positive attitude.
• Oversee cash handling policies, audit paperwork, and complete Daily Cash Reports.
• Ensure the team maintains peak cleanliness and workplace safety.
