This role involves delivering a high-quality customer experience by preparing, making, and serving products, while also potentially taking on leadership responsibilities to ensure operational standards are met in the absence of management.

Requirements

• Crew age requirement: 16
• Shift Leader age requirement: 18

Responsibilities

• Prepping, baking and serving pretzels as well as other products.
• Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
• Monitoring breaks, overtime and scheduling for employees (Shift Leader).
• Assisting with training new employees (Shift Leader).
