Positions Available Crew Member (Ages 16+) Deliver a high-quality experience to our guests by rolling, baking, and serving our famous golden-brown pretzels with a smile. Greet customers and take orders accurately and efficiently. Prep, bake, and sample fresh products. Work closely with an energetic team to keep the store clean and welcoming. Shift Leader (Ages 18+) Step into a leadership role! You will direct restaurant operations in the absence of the management team to keep standards high and the team motivated. Monitor employee breaks, scheduling, and overtime. Help train and onboard awesome new team members. Ensure top-tier food quality, speed of service, and workplace safety.
